Diamond Oven Clean

Booked 2h oven cleaning appointment on 24th Sept for Glasgow West-End (told to have cash ready).
Said I was a landlord and would have my tenant pay on my behalf.
My tenant (a foreign student) then rang to tell me her bank account had not been set up yet to withdraw in the UK.
1 hour prior to the appointment, I rang DiamondOvenClean to explain and offered to do a bank transfer for the full amount including parking.
I transferred the money in full and told them to call me back immediately if the money hadn’t arrived. According to my tenant they left after 20mins without warning me. They had taken my money in full and didn’t even attempt to clean.
I tried to ask to arrange another appointment and even offered to pay parking again for their troubles.
The woman I spoke to was very rude and accused me of “wasting her time”. They had technically already agreed to a bank transfer before even doing the work.
I have lost £80 and an additional £105 to hire someone else. VERY expensive

We couldn't face cleaning our oven again, tried Mr Muscle and all the usual stuff in the past, so this time we decided to call in Diamond Oven Clean. We took one of their package deals, oven, hob and extractor for £75. Graeme arrived and set about his task, under 3 houirs later everything was better than new again. Booked Diamond for 6 months time again. Why waste your own time when you can get someone to do the dirty work.

Just to say thanks for a fantastic cleaning job on my Britannia Range Cooker. It looks as good as new. A first class professional job and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company and I will certainly be using you again.
