We hired a cleaner from this company after moving into a new build, there’s a lot of dust etc and we just wanted someone to do the stuff that’s generally neglected during a clean, eg. The skirting boards, shower screens, blinds etc. After an unclear telling of the price we were waiting to hear back from the company after our first clean, we’d given the cleaner a key for easy access, whilst waiting to hear back from the company for detailed reasons for the extra £30 a month on top of the payments for the cleaner (£60) the day before our second clean she runs to the door posts the key and runs off… we’ve messaged the cleaner and Brian to find out what is going on and so far no response. This behaviour is highly unprofessional, all due to us asking what the additional cost was for? Bit suspicious. Brian also got highly defensive when we’d asked about the costs. I just find this to be really unprofessional behaviour from the cleaning company, would not recommend.

Brian and his team from Diamond Home Support did a fantastic job deep cleaning the whole house including the carpets after my previous tenants left the house in a really bad state. I gave them the keys to the house and once all the work was complete they locked up and posted the keys through the letterbox. A very trustworthy company and I would definitely recommend them.
