Finding a good contractor.

We had Diamond come over they were the third company who visited, they went through options before quoting and made sure we understood all aspects of the work.

This was not the case with some of the other companies who attended.

We chose to use Diamond as their quote was clear, they were upfront about timescales and suggested options that no other contractor had recommended.

They were on time, hard working, tidied up and were incredibly helpful.

Nothing was too much trouble and they worked around me and my partner and made sure we were ok while the water was switched off.

Boiler leak - outstanding service

Very rapid response to a boiler leak; issue was resolved the same day. Very professional and helpful - explained the problem and how it was fixed. Extremely happy with the service and will be using again.
