DHL Express

Very poor service. Paid a lot for next day delivery but they didn't deliver it. It said it arrived at the delivery depot at 6 am but they claimed it wasn't scanned and they didn't know where it was. They weren't helpful and didn't care about their very poor service. Many years ago this was a good company but now they are terrible and I wouldn't recommend them. I should have just stuck with Royal Mail First Class delivery which was much cheaper and probably had more chance of being delivered.

I have used the DHL Reading office because my office post room couldn't send the it equipment. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Dropped off and delivered within 24 hours time and time again - Liverpool, Sheffield, London, rural Leicestershire and rural Norfolk all with the same results. Right first time every time.

I have been told for the last two days that my parcel would be delivered, even given a time. I have waited in for two days, to sign for it. When I finally rang I was told it had been returned to the depot - no notice given, no explanation - and I was still sent a message informing me it was coming by the end of the day, so now I wait for a third day apparently, by which time it will be too late to take the item to the person intended. Impossible to speak to anyone who can actually help though phone staff are helpful but impotent. Deliberately lying to customers is unacceptable.
