VERY UNRELIABLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I called on 31 August he said he was driving and he will call me back and never did!!
I called again 13 September, he said he lost my number so did not call, then he said he will come over on 20th of September to have a look and never did!!
I called on 21 September he said he was busy and couldn't make it but he just didn't bother to let me know and no apology!!
He said he will come over on 24 September, he came over with his daughter, looked at the work and said he will call me on Friday in 2 weeks time to arrange an appointment the following week and never did!!
I called yet again 4 weeks later, he said he couldn't hear because of terrible signal and that he will call me after a minute, and yet again never did!!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. Stay well away!

Excellent, prompt, quick and fastidious. Does exactly what you want him to do and suggests improvements to enhance the work. Very friendly and courteous, a trait sorely lacking in a lot of tradesmen. Charges very reasonable prices and will return to cure any problems, which have arisen, not necessarily with his work. Last and not least, he clears up after himself.

Dominic installed some trim around my windows to replace some really bad mastic sealing. He also cleaned off paint where the previous owners of the house ‘decorated’ and replaced some damaged hinges. He was very efficient, clearly knows what he’s doing, left no mess and totally transformed the internal appearance of my windows at a very reasonable price.Highly recommended.
