All they are concerned about is commission. And if you think you will get your deposit back, then think again. Not only do they leave you homeless, you are left out of pocket. COMPLETE WASTE OF SPACES, EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF THAT OFFICE.

Imagine renting a property with Dexters, completing all paperwork, satisfying all reference checks, satisfying all financial checks, giving them a 5 figure holding deposit, and completing a legally binding tenancy agreement. Only for Dexters to drop the ball, and allow the landlord to rent out your property to someone else through another agent, A WEEK BEFORE YOU’RE DUE TO MOVE IN.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

You are not fit for purpose, and shouldn’t be allowed to operate in this market.

Unprofessional and super-unreliable. All they care about is numbers and interest rates, no customer satisfaction at  all- they will literally leave you out in the street.  Do you wish to become homeless ten days before Christmas??? Go to Dexter's at Richmond! I gave a month notice to the previous place for Dexter's to come and tell me only five days before the move that they found a new tenant. Yes, of course, there is a story behind this, a story full of promises, such as lovely Lauren saying to me, ''Don't worry, do give your month notice to the other place, I guarantee you will be moving in... Even if your second reference is not ready, you could pay a three-month rent in advance''. And when I eventually provided my second reference, after having this lovely lady calling me three times per day, every day, for two+ weeks, I was told that they no longer needed it... So not only do I have no place to stay, but on top of this, this young woman caused me so much anxiety- that no compensa
