Popped in on the off chance my titanium wedding ring could be enlarged, as everyone has said no way!! Its way too strong and could destroy it, and on my head I said yes!!! What propper craftpersons are about and he did it!! Heated&quenched it from red hot and 2 sizes up.....!!! Overjoyed is not the words THANK YOU!!!!

I took a brooch to this jeweller for pin to be replaced .worn once after "repair" and it fell apart ! Took back to shop --- NO apology and was told I was not due a refund. I will not use them again Terrible service!!!

I took my watch in for a new battery in Griffith Dewi. When i got home, the whole face movement moved, with the watch still working. I phoned Griffith Dewi up, complaining about my watch. They checked my watch, then quoted me £70 for repair, I asked for it to be returned unrepaired, ( my watch is now not working at all. I took my watch to another jeweller, which they told me that my watch had been damaged. I now need a new replacement movement in my watch. Never ever will I go to Griffiths Dewi again.
