Tony came to collect my Mercedes which was completely locked down / immovable and he was able to navigate the most challenging of access issues, carefully avoiding buildings and dealing with the most complex scenarios in a positive and helpful manner to get the job done, where most may have said it was impossible to do. 5 stars to Tony who must be a valued asset to the Company

Rung these guys after being let down by my insurance, they answered immediately and was out to me within half an hour! Tony was brilliant and so friendly, I had been crying like a big girl previously and he flipped my mood around. He managed to get my car in an awkward place when getting it home too. Top service and a top bloke, very good price too. Can't be more thankful.

I used Devon Recovery when my car broke down on the driveway and I needed to get it relocated, so it could be repaired. Justin was extremely helpful and professional and arrived at the time he said he would. The car needed to be collected from a narrow, sloped driveway, halfway down a long single track lane and I thought it was going to be a challenge. He made it look easy, and explained what he was doing at every stage. The car was then dropped at the new location exactly as asked. All in all, a very positive experience and would certainly recommend Devon Recovery to others.

They've been sent by Mercedes-Benz to deliver my car into their workshop for a simple warning light issue repair. The driver wrecked half of my car whilst loading it onto his recovery truck. He completely damaged the door and smashed the window. He left his business card saying that his boss will pay for it and he will probably lose his job tomorrow.
I highly advise to keep away from this "professional" recovery company...
