Chris is just amazing. He is both friendly & professional at all times. I called Chris to look at my faulty boiler today & he was so thorough in locating the problem. Although he could not repair the boiler he refused to leave until he had located, called & made sure there was somebody on hand who was going to complete the job for me! Chris did not mind staying until I was happy that the boiler issue was in hand & showed genuine concern & compassion that I did not have any heating or hot water. I have never met a more professional tradesman than Chris & would recommend him to anybody as he is simply the best. Once you have called Chris for your plumbing issues, nobody else will do. I cannot recommend him more highly, thank you so much Chris, you were amazing & went above & beyond what was expected.
