A gem in need of TLC please save this salon
3Unfinished areas & very little signs when you enter of it being a salon at all. The art work feels ill fitted to the space & confusing plus distasteful pictures or body parts it’s the first thing you see when you leave.
It brings down your high from feeling great with a new look even before you leave the door. Please replace with a flattering mirror. Or quote U look great.
Decor getting worse.
Simple changes could make a huge difference.
Remove stickers from bins & tacky leaflets from mirrors
Finish new stations don’t leave old paint cans & off cuts in salon when open
Unpainted areas looks like you take short cuts with other things too.
A must! Remove all pictures of body parts from top of stairs.
Rethink the artwork on the stairs.
Where are all the inspiration styles? Your salon creates great hair why not show it off.
Your salon is a gem but 1st impressions means no second visit for so many new customers.

Awful for colour and do not listen
1Once asked for dark brown with scarlet and platinum highlights - was given all over dark beige blonde!
They make excuses that it wasn't their fault, or even just lying and saying that I was given what I asked for even when the evidence on my head says otherwise.
On my last visit I wanted the ends of my hair lightened and a pastel pink put in. I walked out 4 hours later and over £100 poorer with hair that LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME as when I went in! They insisted it looked like the pictures of pastel pink hair I had brought in - but it was still a dark blonde! When I mentioned the need to bleach it before that colour would take I was met with blank stares from the hairdresser. When I asked about the pink dye - more blank stares and swatches of different shades of blonde, I kept reiterating that I wanted PINK but was just met with more blank stares.
Clearly more training needed!
