5Repairs to Alms house
5We required work to our roof, soffits and barge boards. We live in a Grade 2 listed Alms house that has decorative barge boards that needed replacing like for like.
Brendan and his team fabricated virtually identical barge boards, installed and painted them, including soffit boards and finials. They also suggested that we incorporate external spotlights within the soffit boards - not something we had requested but an excellent suggestion and a great addition to the property.
All the work was carried out in an efficient manner despite rather inclement weather.
Overall we were well satisfied with Brendan's work and I would be very happy to recommend him to other folks.
