Lack of empathy over the phone

My dentist was great but the dental nurse that I spoke to on the phone was very impatient and rude. I had a root canal treatment cancelled this morning (20th Dec), was told I couldn't be seen until the 4th, having already waited a month with a bleeding absys. When I explained that this meant I will be in pain over christmas she begrudgingly agreed to put me on a cancellations list but showed a complete lack of empathy. She then called to offer me a shorter appointment the next day and got stroppy with me when I was unsure what to do because it meant splitting the treatment instead of having it all in one and waiting 2 weeks for the follow up. Shocked and disappointed. The receptionist I spoke to when I signed up was great and my dentist was great, all let down by this 1 dental nurse who clearly shouldnt be on the phone. Such a shame.

EXCELLENT SERVICE BY USHER AND HER TEAM MADE ME FEEL WELCOME AND RELAXED THE FIRST TIME I VISITED RIGHT FROM HAVING MY FIRST CONSULTATION RIGHT THROUGH MY TREATMENT PLAN WHICH WAS ROOT REMOVAL, FILLINGS, CROWNS AND VENEERS.
THEY LOOK AMAZING CAN NOT FAULT THIS DENTAL PRACTICE.
