Just had an extraction an was pleased with friendly service and care. As a nervous patient it's a relief to find dental care that I feel can trust. The team at Greenhythe went the extra mile to ensue I felt comfortable. Especially in this lockdown it was a relief to have work down so quickly. I can highly recommend and am not so nervous of the dentist chair now.

After 2 years invisalign treatment I am left with some teeth no better than day 1, some teeth that turn straight back throughout the day after removing my night retainer, a gap which re appears and a 'fixed' brace which has broken twice and is ready to break again. The results Rashmi Patel told me I could expect is far from what I received. She is awkward and instantly defensive should you show the slightest hint of unhappiness. The build up she used to give the impression my teeth are straighter has an uneven finish and holes. I was once left with a fang which she didn't notice until I had to return the following day. I recommended a work colleague at the very beginning of my treatment who has suffered a similar experience. After seeking alternative advice the new dentist encouraged me to complain stating that the outcome I wanted can be achieved but that invisalign is not what he would have used. She has taken my money and fobbed me off. Terrible treatment from a so called expert.
