Dencroft Garages Ltd

We had a garage built 5 months ago in the summer, winter came and so came the rain and discovered the garage leaks quite badly so we contacted dencroft who insisted that its leaking from the main door and it needs a weather strip which we already had fitted and the leak was actually on the other side of the garage, so after arguing further they suggested we stand in the garage while recording when its raining (in the middle of winter) so they can see where its leaking from! So we done this and sent them the video, they sent a guy to 'repair' this putting more cement on the ground in the area its NOT leaking from, I've had to put tape up around the door which has a 10mm gap at the top which stopped one issue and now they are ignoring us!

Very poor service from dencroft batley. Problems with electric door. Damaged and incorrectly fitted. Tried on numerous occasions to rectify issues but no response from senior staff. Not sure how they would honour a ten year door warranty. Very bad service.

It seems this company is OK until you have a problem with their service or product, at which point they don't want to know.
I had a garage built by Dencroft in June 2020. It has been constantly damp, and despite my having photographic and video evidence of the ingress of water, they are trying to deny any responsibility. In May this year I discovered some of my expensive equipment FULL of water, but Dencroft have tried to dismiss this as condensation! I asked for a dry building for storage of equipment (tools of my trade). I did not get a dry building and I have now lost well over £1000 in ruined equipment and materials.
The company owner visited (eventually!) and was dismissive to the point of rudeness. Absolutely apalling attitude.
I am now commencing legal proceedings in order to get the building faults corrected and compensation for my losses. I am also posting a video of my experience on YouTube.

Overjoyed with our new 18foot garage , Dencrofts have been great from start to finish ,and the 2 guys who came to fit it were lovely , highly recommend .

Bought a apex shed from these 6 years ago and stone chippings have been falling out leaving sparse panels without many chippings on panels asked them to investigate repair under the 10 year warranty and they were very unhelpful saying that's how they are made , contacted FMB through their resolution process and Dencroft took themselves off their membership half way through wonder why ?
