Awful customer service. Called and the man on the phone said “no taxis” and hung up. I called back and asked if he could recommend another service and he responded “google it there’s about 10 others”. Awful service, can’t believe this man was even given a job answering phones. Avoid completely….rude rude rude

Hi there, we’re so sorry to hear about your interaction, we take pride in our customer interactions and as you can tell by other reviews it’s out of character of our staff to respond in such a way especially as we work closely with 3 other firms, so I would like to investigate this further. Can you please confirm when you made the call, day and you we’re definitely calling Delta Taxis In Newton Abbot Devon, reason being there’s a few other firms around the country called delta and we occasionally get their reviews. Again sorry for the interactions, if you can provide the details asked for I’ll take a look into this. Kindest regards Delta Taxis Devon

Wonderful service, Polite, Patient and Professional.

Wonderful service from Delta. Young chap met me at the station and took me around newton abbot looking at various properties.

Driver was polite and patient and answered all my questions about the areas we visited.

Will definitely use again.
