Welcome to Delta Charlie Fitness and Wellbeing

Personal Trainer Plymouth, Devon. Serving local areas but also delivering online sessions to the rest of the world. PT sessions delivered outdoors, in the home and in the Gym. My current gyms where I deliver PT are an Everyone Active Gym in Plympton along with Morgan’s in Whitleigh/Crownhill. Morgans is a first class gymnasium dedicated to every aspect of fitness and you do not have to be a member to train here with me.

After serving for 9 years in the Royal Air Force, I persued a career as a Personal Trainer. I deliver 1:1 PT and nutritional plans, Boot Camps and indoor and outdoor classes. All nutritional plans and workouts for when we are not together, are delivered to you on an App I have. The App contains areas for us to communicate, upload measurements and pictures to track progress and also easy to follow workouts with videos.

I often run deals for 12 sessions and meal plans for as little as £99! These deals and offers are usually run for a few days only and the offer will only go live on Facebook.

I also run boot camps in Plymouth and offer huge discounts for group, team or couple sessions. PT delivered in the home, local park or Gym-I can get you fit anywhere!

one on the pads while the other does shuttle runs, weights or kettlebell. Training a pair is great for motivation
Push ups are an excellent chest, tricep, shoulder and core exercise when done correctly.
Kettlebells are an excellent fat burning, muscle building workout. Can be done anywhere too
I take all my kit to your location and use weights from 2KG to 80kg outside

What I needed

Needed someone to push my boundaries and motivate me when I needed it. I'm not great at pushing myself so needed that extra push while training. I felt like I had worked out after each session, unlike when I went to the Gym on my own! We did training outside and in Dave's gym (his gym is in his home but it has everything required) I was never really sore the next day but I could certainly feel it! I have also attended some of his boot camps which are a little too fast for me but if you need High intense stuff, this is it!

Inspirational!

I asked David for advice regarding toning up and building strength. The consultation was thorough and he then gave me step by step instructions over a two-weekly cycle, written in an easy to follow format. He then demonstrated each routine, which made it easy for me to follow! I wanted something that I could fit into my busy life, working full time and being a single parent. The routine was perfect, easy to follow and I noticed results within a few weeks. I loved how easy it was to fit into my life. David is creative and tailors your fitness routine to fit you. He also have me some excellent nutritional advice. His manner is lively and inspirational-he clearly loves his job and this enthusiasm is contagious! Highly recommend.

Wish We had longer, excellent results!

I had a ridiculous goal that was clearly not achievable after speaking with Dave! However, in the 3 months before uni I still managed to lose 2 stone. I worked really hard and Dave made me push the boundaries while training to give me excellent results. His knowledge around nutrition was excellent and I have now changed the way I eat! I wish I could have had 2 more months to move more weight. I would recommend 100%

helpfull and reliable

mr david cumberland, is helpfull, reliable and responds quickly to requests. within a couple of hours hes already sent me basic health information and asked basic questions from me in order to set up an appropiate plan to meet my individual health needs. I can now focus on losing my weight and staying healthy. I am looking forward to following the plan and reaching my goal.

Amazing!

David was really open and honest from the start and never pressured me into anything. I was not used to exercise and he knew this so to start therefore he eased me into the exercises gently. Within six weeks my boundaries had been pushed without me even realising it and I have come so far! The sessions are now harder but I'm well prepared and enjoy them. I would not be where I am today without him!!!
