We have called upon Neil's services twice.

The first time was an emergency situation with a heavily leaking pipe, which he finished fixing at midnight!

Our boiler stopped working this week and as the usual company could not attend, we rang DeloRange again. Neil was quickly on site to get it running, then completed the full service shortly afterwards.

Very impressed and a pleasure to deal with. We will use DeloRange for all our gas, heating and plumbing needs in future and recommend them to anyone.

Emergency plumbers? Hardly.

Can't really comment on the quality of the service; but whatever it is, it's hardly 24*7. Had a leaking hot water tank valve, called the number at 10.30pm - no reply. Called again the following morning, this time managing to speak to a dispatcher. Apparently not being able to immediately get in touch with the plumber, he promised to send my request to the team as a high priority message. After a fruitless 6-hour wait I called someone else and got the job done.

A life saver!

Eleven o'clock last night I found that my 250 litre hot water cylinder was leaking ... Panic! The first emergency plumber I called was Neil at Delorange because the entry said that he covered the area where I live in Kent. Left a message on his answerphone and he got back to me within minutes. Came all the way from Richmond, where he was on another job, reaching me at five in the morning. Drained the cylinder and left at six thirty. A brilliant and life-saving service; cannot speak too highly.
