We booked a 7-seater taxi for a family celebration and were delighted with the service. The taxi arrived promptly and the driver was polite and attentive. He was very flexible and as we weren't sure what time we would be returning suggested we phone him just befire we were ready to leave. The price he quoted was reasonable and we were totally confident in his driving. ( We have experienced some frightening driving in the past) We have also been let down by taxis previously and our special evening could have been spoiled but far from it- the excellent service we received contributed to a wonderful evening. We know where to go in future!

Untrustworthy - avoid !

Booked 17.4.23 by text making it clear it was for a hospital appointment in Stafford 8-30 AM on 28.4.23.Clear agreement to do the job. .Checked by text 2 days before.No reply .Called 3 times and text and whats app twice day before .That evening asked them to tell me if for any reason they were now unable to attend so I could make another arrangement. No reply . Waited 30 minutes for them (7AM to 7-30AM) No show .Had to beg a lift elsewhere .I just made appointment with 5 minutes to spare .Text asking if any reason (to be fair ) no reply 10 hours later

Hi Thankyou for the rating Can you please provide me with the information of your enquiry or contact with us. date,time and which format you made contact. As you can appreciate we get enquiries in lots of different formats and can sometimes be difficult to track especially as occasionally we don’t recieve the notification to hours later or even the next and sometimes we don’t recieve a notification at all. Best taxi firm in Shrewsbury , and such a polite and courteous driver , thanks Dell, picked me up from London on the dot as ordered back to Shrewsbury after a long delay in trains ,and at excellent price compared to other local firms , will defiantly be using them in future , thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

excellent service friendly driver, booked simply by text message and was sent details of vehicle and drivers name and he was there when i arrived into the station, i had no idea where i was going as i only had a postcode and a house name, the driver took me straight there with no hassle or fuss, was able to pay with card, a real life saver
will definitely recommend and use again......... thanks again
