Do not use they rob vulnerable customers

I ordered 20 pounds worth of food. I am registered disabled and have other severe problems which mean I am housebound and cannot cook for myself so my only access to food apart from plain crackers since may 21 has been just eat. This restaurant took the money from my account and then did not deliver the food then refused to refund the money.
I called them frequently and they said they had called just eat to process a refund but they lied and they knew the circumstances.
Do not use this restaurant they are thieves who take money from vulnerable people. Use another kebab shop that is honest and does not do those things there are plenty of alternatives out there.
