We are a family run business which opened in early 2010, i myself have been a competitive bodybuilder for many years taking such titles as Mr Britain i also have staff which are also competive bodybuilders and fitness fanatics so you are in very safe hands , We strive on helping you acheive your goals wether its to be in competition ,to lose weight or even just feel better about yourself we CAN make you acheive this, you put in the effort and we'll sort everything else.

Since opening the gym has come along really well, We have created a very nice atmosphere within the gym and developed great relationships with all members.

Many people think the gym is aimed at bodybuilding however this is not the case although we carry the most competetive bodybuilding members than any other local gym , we have many athletes and sportsmen ranging from Runners, Football players, Rugby players, MMA fighters.
