Great service from DRS
5My 91 year old mum had a problem with broken door hinges on a metal door and we weren't sure who could help.We contacted Steve who was very helpful and professional and reassuring. He visited the house and came up with an immediate solution and returned with the correct parts and did a great job in repairing the door.
My mum thought he was wonderful and interested and got the job done quickly and efficiently as it had been a great worry to her.
First class care and service and also amazing value for money.
Can't rate this team more highly.

Cannot recommend this company enough!!
5They came out at 7pm and stayed till 11pm to fix the shutters, they were reasonable, efficient and transparent throughout.
I asked Steve if the shutters needed replacing, something which would have made him more money, Steve said that it wasn't necessary. Once he fixed the shutters, he said that they will be working fine for at least 5-10 years (bare in mind the shutters are over 15 years old).
Before I found Defender Roller Shutters Ltd, I called around 10-12 other companies. All either unable to attend (even though they claim to be 24/7) or super unreasonable. DRS came within half an hour and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue! By the time they left, the shutters worked better than they did before the issue!
