Brilliant service my car key fell apart first thing on a Sunday morning DeCymru came out to my home & had me back on the road in just over an hour. Highly recommend.

I found myself locked d out of my house having mistaken the car keys for the door keys. After an uncomfortable night on a friend’s sofa I searched the internet for a locksmith.

The first company I tried with a massive website advised they would take at least two hours to arrive and gave me no confidence that it may not be three or four.

I called De Cymru and Iain gave an estimated time which was literally travelling time from Tonypandy to my house, as it was during the rush hour I went to Tesco for a breakfast. I had a text from Iain as promised to advise he was ten minutes away. By the time I arrived home he was already there.

Rather frighteningly he managed to solve my problem of being locked out in less than two minutes.

Throughout this rather rapid process he kept me informed of what he was going to do and afterwards advised on some improvements I could make to my home security.

Fantastic service which I hopefully won’t need again, but having past form on lock outs, there is no certainty I won’t be calling Iain again.

I have no hesitation in recommending De Cymru if like me you find yourself on the wrong side of your door to where your keys are
