We recently had a Garden Room built, and wow, its superb. From start to finish ! I believe the owner came personally, which is a nice touch and did a complete assessment, and within a few days had sent me a detailed plan of what I had asked for, and some extra features too. Their team, were thorough, courteous and worked really hard, keeping me appraised to what they were doing, took 4 days and now i have a luxurious office space, nice an quiet for me to get on with my work. Once the doors are closed, its ultra quiet, and that's due to the inbuilt soundproofing that comes as standard. Its a great area to relax in, or work, or simply have me time... To top it all, I didn't have to pay a penny up front, as other companies had asked when i asked for quotes, only paid once the job was done and happy. There was a minor niggle, with a piece of trim, but that was replaced within a week once I'd reported it... Highly recommended.

Was going to suggest you go to Google Reviews to read a full account of our problems with this company but they have had Google remove my review claiming it was false, when in fact I have photographs , emails and voice recordings backing up everything I wrote.
If we hadn't sacked this company they would have built our garden room over the main drain manhole cover, which, in the event of a blockage would have resulted in the room having to be dismantled to access the drains. They do no site surveys and basically do the minimum to get their hands on your money.
The new company we have employed are the ones that did the site survey, cleared the plot and found the drain cover which adequately demonstrates the massive difference in professionalism between them and DECKING IMPORTS.
Read the other reviews on Google, they tell you this lot take no interest in problems once they have been paid.
DO NOT USE DECKING IMPORTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
