My daughter and I can't praise enough the amazing service given to us at Deaveson's Jewellers... a lovely warm welcome,all the time in the world to be helpful to discuss how an alterication to a treasured ring could be done...so much patience giving me time to think ...I had brought with me old gold that was no longer special to go toward the expense and on top of that to add safety chains on bracelets ...a couple of hours including a cup of tea spent with so much customer care...thank you to Keith and Lisa...you are so worth all the gold stars for all gold customers care at Deaveson's Jewellers.

So sorry i didn't write this review sooner, i took my engagement ring into Keith, to have another halo added to it last year. I had asked a few other Jewellers, and no one seemed to want to take it on. I don't think it was an easy thing to do, so shows Keith's level of expertise. He has done such an amazing job, nicer than i ever imagined so much so, i would love another halo added to it. (Please Keith if you don't mind ha ha) Lovely friendly welcoming people, and such amazing craftsmanship by keith. I wouldn't go anywhere else, 100% recommend Deavesons Jewellers to everyone. My engagement ring had been sitting in a drawer for years, looking dull and not fitting me anymore. I took it to be resized and less than a week later I was messaged to say my ring was ready to be collected. Upon collection not only does my ring fit me perfectly but has been restored back to its former self, shiny and twinkly. I am stunned that it now looks as good as the day it was made for me.
The staff were amazing, friendly and I will definitely be returning with other pieces of jewellery. Thankyou for making my ring beautiful again
