Dean serviced my Valiant boiler & provided a gas safety certificate. He identified a small fault with a valve on the boiler which he replaced immediately with a spare valve he carried on his van.
He also resolved a problem of 'water hammer' a disconcerting loud noise whenever I turned on a tap. He replaced fittings inside a mixer tap in my utility room with parts which he also had on his van and this solved the problem.

Dean arrived promptly at the time we had arranged, he carried out his work in an efficient manner and it was competitively priced.

Later the same evening the central heating would not work and I called him at home at 8pm. He came to my home within 20 minutes of my call and rectified the problem immediately by resetting the timer without complaint. I would 100% recommend Dean and intend to use his service again regarding alterations to my bathrooms.

Dean has worked for my mother for many years. Mum has various issues and relies on tradespeople a lot. Dean has always completed all work to the highest of standards and always charged a fair and reasonable rate. Could not recommend highly enough.
