Dean Greenway Wall & Floor Tiling

Things started well. Dean came and looked at the job, gave good advice. Expensive but worth it, I thought.
He came 2 days earlier than expected and got on with tiling the shower. I showed him a couple of other repair jobs and he agreed to do them the next week.
On Friday, he finished tiling the shower and I paid him for that job. He said he would take away the rubbish from the shower then, from outside the house.
I saw and heard no more from him. He did not answer my calls or my messages. When I checked the shower, he had not cleaned off all the grout, he left it not watertight and did not clean up the debris in the shower cubicle. I messaged again, reminding him that removal of the rubbish from outside was part of the agreed job- no response.
Most disappointing, but he taught me a valuable lesson- not to pay until all the work is done to the proper standard.

Excellent all round. Gave good advice and very knowledgeable. Very helpful, professional and reliable. The result is I have a beautifully laid new floor that I love. Very happy and highly recommend

We decided to have our outdoor patio covered in porcelain tiles. We contacted Dean and from the start he was responsive to texts. Dean came to look at the job - I should say - I really felt as if we were taking a gamble because I didn't know Dean personally and I usually like to have people who I know to do my work! My husband on the other hand had his confidence in Dean straight away. Dean was able to start earlier than planned!! and turned up on time every day and even worked through the hail and rain we experienced. We more than doubled the work we wanted Dean to do between his initial quote and him actually starting. He tiled all the way around our house, putting in recessed drains (which were a job on their own) and tiled a new patio area that we had concreted the other side of the garden. We are so over the moon with the new patios :) Dean ensures the job is perfect before he finishes and communication throughout was excellent. Would 100% recommend!!

If your anything like me, worrying about getting the right people to do the job then as soon as you meet Dean you will feel that you are in the best hands. Dean replied to my text within hours, turned up the same day to quote and even provided me with a quote that evening! Which is rare in my experiance im usually chasing people up for weeks! Dean replied to every text quickly! I could tell he knew his stuff from the first visit, confirmed with over 20 years experience and working on huge projects, you could just tell. He helped us pick the right grout. Prepped our floor to perfection, above an beyond what most would do. It turned out amazing, every line matched and connected, he thought of more than I could imagine. He is a perfectionists. I trusted him which is rare for me an he more than delivered. 5 people have already asked me for his number and if you seen my floor you would as well! I can not put in to words how impressed I am. Money well spent worth every penny!

Dean is fabulous. He has installed new Victorian tiles for us as well as refurbishing some original ones. He is hard working, highly skilled and great to work with. He's thoughtful about his work and takes pride in ensuring every detail is completed with precision (as well as consulting with us where necessary). If you want a quality job done then call Dean (BTW I found him on Yell.com and took a risk which turned out so well)
