Excellent service. Dave came out to treat a wasps nest & even helped me by going up into our loft (where the nest was based) to help me get down items I needed for the next day. Highly recommended.

Called they came and they conquered. On time and a very pleasant person knocked on the door and explained everything he was about to do. Was done quick as a flash a handshake and a guarantee that the wasps would be no more. And also said he would come back free of charge if the problem persisted. Don't look anywhere else than these guys.

Weirdly we a rat problem and have rats nesting in the loft. Dave from Dead Cert Pest Control initially came to our home and took pictures in the loft to confirm that the noises we were hearing were from rats. He has since been back numerous times and hasbeen very helpful every time, once to remove a dead rat and other times to put more bait down as unfortunately we appear to have more than one rat. Always so friendly, knowledgable and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company against the large national companies. I have never used the larger national comapnies however I initially filled in an online "contact me form" at the same time my husband found the details of this company and still not had a response from them!! From initial contact to all communication this company have been absolutely brilliant.
