Neil responded to my call within a couple of hours and explained what my options were - he was extremely professional in carrying out his work and very understanding regarding how anxious l was about the situation. He visited 4 times over a week and has erradicated our problem. I would recommend Neil without hesitation - if you have a problem he's your man. Thank you Neil - Len and myself are extremely grateful to you.

I highly recommend Neil, he is incredibly knowledgeable about his subject and nothing is too much for him. A very professional pest controller who knows exactly how to wipe out unwanted pests with a great sense of humour!

From the very first call, Neil completely put us at ease and was very fast to respond, attending our property within an hour of our phone call to assist with a rat problem. Neil explained everything clearly, ensuring that we were completely satisfied at every step before anything was carried out and nothing was too much trouble for Neil, he was always at the end of the phone throughout when we needed to contact him and he visited several times very swiftly, fitting around us. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly, reliable and great service. We are delighted that our pest problem is resolved and will 100% use Neil again for any future problems/ would recommend to anyone, his professional service and expertise are great, he gets the job done and he's a wonderfully warm and hilarious character to be around.
