Horrible experience with Katie who was rude, dismissive, snobby and extremely unhelpful when I went in to talk about wedding flowers. Expect to be over charged and be treated horribly. Was not even open to a chat about what I could get for my budget. Would never set foot in this shop again. Beware!

Beautiful Flowers, exceptional Florist

Amazing... Website was easy to select really beautiful flowers and delivery date. The person receiving was so pleased and the flowers came with a vase which amazed us all. They loved the flowers so beautifully presented. I’m so pleased I chose my local Florist who has served Chepstow for years and years. Prices were comparable, but I felt Deacons went the extra mile. They also notified me that the flowers had been delivered. They were lovely to speak with on the phone. They’re my first choice whenever I need flowers again. ;)
