I engaged their services for a very large 5 week landscaping, patio and fencing job. 2 weeks of which we were away on hols.

Really disappointed by the work carried out by this company. The initial site visit was good but the work itself was piecemeal and badly executed.No care seemed to be taken over doing a good job. The fence was badly aligned and the wire that we had agreed to prevent rabbits getting into the garden was placed on the front of the fence! We even had to ask them to come and take the old fence posts away - not what you would expect from a professional company. Would definitely not recommend

There was no customer care what so ever from this company,Tom the owner did to seem to be bothered.I will fix the remaining works myself.Not very good when you have paid out thousands on non professional job.,Had 22 fence panels replaced with 5ft 6" panels and concrete posts and gravel boards.The last 5 panels were off line and had to be re-done,when they were told the situation prior to work commencing.
2 x 6" gravel boards were below ground level.I was told it will look fine if they replace with 12" gravel boards and a 5ft fence,what a (MESS) it was out of sync with the rest of panels.So told fitters to put the original back how it was, and said I will put it right at a later date MYSELF.Tom did not seem to care about customer service.To pay thousand of pounds to have a job done and then not up to the standard you require is not the sign of a quality company.

Tom & his lads replaced fences, gates, a large decking area & 2 slabbed areas. Excellent job, really pleased with the end result. Absolutely stunning. Highly recommend.
