Ordered Funeral Flowers over phone providing description of requiments. The spray delivered was beautiful, exceeded expectations. A very good personal service from Mark & Rian.

Received £50 Birthday Bouquet, plus £11 delivery. The flowers arrived with 2 minutes to go in the 4-hour delivery window, throughout which we waited in. Far too much greenery and thistles. There were also far too many small headed infill flowers. Three days on, the lilies are beginning to come out, but a lot of the greenery is now yellow. The flowers were in a small vase which made the arrangement look cramped as well as unimposing. The birthday celebrant, an ex-florist, was unimpressed as was the member of my family who ordered the flowers - no wow factor, a wasted opportunity. Would not recommend.
