My washing machine broke down and I came to Dazzle for help with my washing. What excellent personal service I received from the blonde lady at the counter! My washing was given back to me lovely and clean and folded beautifully. Very pleasent lady to talk to and deal with. More customer service and attention to detail should be like this.

Worst customer service ever

Dazzle Dry Cleaners in Manningtree has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They mixed up my duvets with someone else's and did not only failed to return my duvets but did not even to apologise for their mistake. They even tried to make me believe it was my fault!?
Definitively would not use or recommend their services to anyone.
