My wife who has cancer, received the worst bouquet ever for her 40th birthday. They first admitted the bouquet was terrible and denied having made it, then when they realised it was their fault they blamed Floraqeen and Interflora, and then blamed the intermediaries. Then they victimised my wife, telling her she should cut the flowers herself! Then when we asked for apologies they blocked my wife email. What type of company is this? This is the most unethical, dishonest and unprofessional business I have ever seen. Who would ever want to do business with them? Just terrible.
