My husband doesn't like change and after hearing awful story of a company replacing our friends windows (the workmen smashed windows instead of carefully removing the panes of glass; glass was left everywhere causing injuries to their pets; awful workmanship and finishes to the new windows). Our bungalow windows were 50 years old and majorly needed replacing. We were highly recommended Dawes and Windows by a cousin. Phil Dawe visited us at our home and was thorough, gave great advise and left brochures to look through. My husband didn't feel pressured at all and felt this was the right company to trust. We placed an order and Phil gave us a start date. His communication was excellent and we felt very assured we had made the right decision. The date came to start the renovation. Phil and his team did an outstanding job; they were very respectful, very clean and tidy and their workmanship was fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves and even hoovered the rooms they had worked in.

We had replacement fascia, soffit, gutter and downpipes. Phil Dawes himself did the quote in half an hour explaining what and how they do the job. No pressure to buy no haggling over price just great friendly service. All work carried out over three days two in the drizzle to a brilliant standard . They cleaned up after themsleves and took all rubbish away.
