Davis Roofing is a small family run business based in Lisburn, N.I. We have been providing professional roofing, building & joinery to Lisburn / Belfast and the greater Co. Antrim area for over 35 years.

We carry out all types of roofing repairs, everything from repairing a single slipped slate through to replacing a complete roof. Specialising in all kinds of roof builds, repairs and maintenance we offer professional services in all aspects of tiled, slate, felt, rubber, lead and PVCu roofing products and through years of experience we are also able to provide high quality house conversions, renovations, extensions, and other building & joinery services.

Our experienced and skilled roofers, builders and joiners provide a wide range of roofing and building services for all types of residential property, though we do also have experience with working on commercial projects.

Unprofessional and unreliable

I will not be using them again and most definitely will not be recommending them to anyone else.
They attached edgings to my roof tiles almost a year ago. At that time they advised that I had some rotten timber and that they would return to fix it.
Despite numerous contacts and reminders from myself, many of which went unanswered, they did not return.
Unknown to me they had in fact attached a roof tile edging to the rotten timber. This section recently fell off the roof narrowly missing a car parked in the driveway.
When I did get speaking to them I was advised by the owner that I may be better getting another company to fix his work and to replace the rotten timber.
Not my idea of professional service or workmanship.

Great Service

Davis Roofing and Mark were superb in giving a value for money and fast service when I needed my roof looking at. No issues whatsoever with recommending them for any roofing issues!

Great service

Discovered a leak in roof this morn. Saw Davis Roofing at neighbours house. Mark called over and sorted the problem immediately. They will be coming back to check over the whole roof. Top service. Thanks Mark.

Fast, efficient and great service valuefomoney

We had unnoticed storm damage to the roof, a neighbour told us as we hadn’t even noticed. Another storm was forecast within the next 2 days, so we called the guys at Davis roofing. The lads knew that there was a possibility of even more damage to be done if repairs weren’t done quickly. Next day all repairs were carried out to the highest standard, and without a shock to my bank balance. Could not recommend these guys highly enough, thankyou to all at Davis Roofing for your prompt, professional and efficient service

Excellent roofers!!!

Excellent workmen!!!!!! Seven months waiting for my roof to be mended.Various roofers have promised to fix it but Davis roofing came out and did it within a wee!A big thank you !!!!!Will definitely use this firm again. Very professional workmen who put the customer first!!!!Five stars
