I have been a working hypnotherapist for over a decade now with experience of treating a wide range and variety of difficulties.

I also work as a life coach and help people move their lives forward, improve their performance or achieve a long held ambition.

My qualifications were gained through the Hypnotherapy Centre in Bournemouth and 'Health Concern at the Post Graduate Centre, Seacroft Hospital, Leeds'.

Like any hypnotherapist must do, I have given a commitment to continuous professional development, have regular supervision meetings, and continue to develop new treatment approaches.
