I rang David yesterday (02/10/2024)-(after trying quite a few other companies who were too busy) saying my gas fire was not working. David came to my house 9am the day after to sort the problem also gave advice for the future. Job done, cleaned up and left within the hour. I would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone who is in need of a professional gas technician who is polite , on time and competitively priced.

I gave Dave a call to see if he could help my 83 year old mother with an ignition problem with her gas cooker. He said he would be able to come the next day which in itself was great to hear as my mother doesn’t like microwave food! 🤣
In the meantime Dave suggested I tried a couple of things to reset the cooker by examining the icons shown on the display screen. It was at that point the problem stood out like a sore thumb - the power had been turned off at the wall (probably by accident by one of her carers!). A simple flick of the switch and all was well again 🙈. I was so focused on the problem being mechanical that I didn’t even think of the obvious.

Anyway, thanks to Dave all’s well again. He was very helpful indeed in trying to access the problem over the phone and to then suggest a couple of things to try whilst waiting for him to come the next day - in the end he didn’t have to!

He’s a great guy to deal with and I’d have no hesitation in engaging his services in the future👍
