David was available to fix my tumble dryer 10 days earlier than the 1st available engineer from the company, significantly less expensive and was flexible about visiting so I didn't have to stay home. Tumble dryer now works again, even BETTER than before as he picked up a fault with the door lock as well. Delighted!
