I have used this service on numerous occasions and always found Dave to be very courteous and helpful. He would always stop and talk if we met in the street. I lived not far from him. He even took me, my brother and his mate to the Norfolk Broads a couple of times.

On our return journey David was 40 minutes late, he did not try to contact me to tell me, I had to call him to be told he was behind schedule and would be 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I contacted him again to be told that due to the rail strike the traffic was heavy and he would be with us soon, my family had just come off a 10hr flight and we were extremely tired and just wanted to get home. When he finally arrived he offered no apology, he just said that it wasn’t his fault in an arrogant tone, Surely as a professional he would of known this and been prepared! He offered no partial refund as way of an apology, just a very slow trip back to Portsmouth.
