Rubbish cab firm

This cab firm, spins you nothing but lies. Book a cab an hour and half in advance and are lied to every half hour that a car will be here......... don't bother booking with these. Absolute joke. Booked with someone else in the end who were much more professional.

Manic aggression

The drive was booked to go to a surgery, wait and return. The driver refused to wait, screaming that I was trying to swindle him out of money. Adding insult to injury he did not wear a mask while screaming at me. He reversed the car to return. Eventually I was forced to walk. I am 92 and disabled.

Terrible service. According to their drivers, all of their staff were made redundant in the first lockdown and they now use staff based in the Phillipines at less than minimum wage!
Booking a car on the app is pointless as the times given are totally wrong even if they are estimated.
Booking on the phone is even worse. The staff don't understand locations and it turns into a five minute call.
Their google reviews are also completely fake apart from a few negatives ones. Their twitter has been suspended due to fake posts aswell, which probably says it all.

Awful Service. Do not use!

Wish I could give it -5 stars.
Firstly, the driver (Olasimbo) was incredibly rude. He did not acknowledge us and only talked in another language very loudly on his phone for the entirety of the over 90 minute ride.
Secondly, when I booked the ride a month in advance, I called in specifically to inform the company of the amount of luggage we had and to ask if we needed to pay by card or cash. I was told we would be charged a fee of 61 pounds total for the ride due to the luggage we had and that we could pay by card through the app.
On the day, within 10 minutes of driving, our driver increased our fee to 76 pounds and then again to 84 pounds 'due to our luggage'. Once we got to the airport, he made us pay by cash. He held one of our bags hostage until we went in and got the cash even though I told him I wanted to pay by card through the app.
I will not recommend this service to anyone I know.

Very poor service from airports

Don’t use them for airport pick ups! Every time I do so, they turn up 30-40 mins late. No explanation until I call and then some rubbish excuse from a call centre which sounds outside the UK and is definitely outside London (explaining to me that the M25 is a “freeway”). Last time today.
