Anti mask, anti vacc driver. Use at own risk

Can Dart please add an option when booking to match conspiracy theorists? In a world where most of us are trying to return to normality safely, to have an anti-mask, anti -vaccine driver was a massive insult and made me feel really unsafe. He should only get jobs from people who accept his views. I will not use again.

AVOID AT ALL COST

The woman answering the phone last night is rude! I am not from the Sunderland area but I was attending an event there last night and needed a taxi. I rang Dart and told the woman the name of the venue. She abruptly asked where it was so I told her the street name, she asked again where that was so I started to give her the postcode when she rudely interrupted me by saying a postcode is no good to me I need to know where you are! I explained I wasn't from the area so couldn't give her directions but told her all I knew. I asked if the drivers could not use a map or sat nav considering I had gave her the full address to be told well no because I have to direct them to you!
For a taxi company I have never heard anything like it in my life! Drivers can't pick you up unless you tell the operator step by step instructions because they don't have any clue about the area they're supposed to be trading in!

New Years eve

Normally use dart taxis and they’re usually really good however last night i had a taxi booked which didn’t turn up so rang after 15 minutes a rude woman on the phone snapped at me and told me it was New Year’s Eve and to just wait. The taxi never turned up! Very disappointed, my family will never use this company again.

WORST COMPANY GOING

This taxi company employs drivers who do not know the area they work. The Drivers actually ask the customers if they know directions to destinations, they lie about sending taxis and do not care for customer time restraints. WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER USED

prebooked a dart taxi for 3am on a friday morning
arrived on time and the driver was very friendly
the price to go newcastle airport was only 26pound
i will now use this firm from now on
