I don't know what more I should do! I send a photo of the job I need doing. The trader replies with an estimate then confirms the date & time of day he will arrive. I send an amended photo that shows the final extent of the job, from which the trader adjusts his estimate to reflect this. Then NOTHING! On the appointed day, NO sign of life. I sent a text, as his mobile went to voice mail. I followed this by leaving a message on his voice mail. His website lists only his mobile & email. I didn't leave an email as I felt he should know I am waiting for him to start the work. You decide whether this is someone who deserves your hard earned money.

So pleased with the work Darren did. The garden now looks amazing, everything neat and tidy and all rubbish cleared away. Would definitely recommend

We required an enormous conifer taking down which had been growing upwards and outward for over 35 years, never been properly pruned, and during this dreadful spell of weather, torrential rain, and wind, Darren came as promised. His knowledge and proficiency was amazing, the job done perfectly and many branches removed and shredded, everything left tidy. Would recommend this tree surgeon to family and neighbours and most definitely contact Darren again, he's the very best!

Highly recommend Darren James we had a very big eucalyptus tree about 35 foot he brought it down very professionally piece by piece with great skill amazing to watch . This was done in a day he worked continuously from start to finish his pricing structure was very competitive attention to detail was first class .
