Operating from fully renovated state of the art premises on Pit Lane in Durham we strive to distinguish ourselves by offering ‘old fashioned’ customer service at very fair prices. Check out the photo of our newly refurbished premise.

We have a courtesy car for complimentary customer use and are also happy to pick up and drop off at home, work or run you along to the Arnison Centre for some shopping while your car is in the garage.

You probably think we look a bit different with our retro 50’s style but it’s deliberate. It’s a message that's says we’re real people, not a huge organisation, individuals from the local area proud to be independent and supportive of the local community and your vehicles. We also work from very modern workshop premises equipped to deal with all makes and ages of vehicle. We offer services for tyres , servicing , MOT, wheel alignment , brakes, diagnostics and general repairs...

Excellent Service

Very professional! All of the staff are brilliant - very knowledgable & friendly. I have been taking my car here for a few years now and never had any issues. Work is always completed to the highest standard. Would highly recommend to everyone.

First class professional service .

Ben, Brian and their staff run this business with the customers needs in mind at all time treating them as they would expect to be treated themselves. Darceys understand customers will pay a fair price for a good job and return custom means more than large profit margins, having been in the tyre / mot retail sector for approx 50 years, I retired and my tyre supplier is now Darceys, I know of many of the rest but selected the best

Excellent

went to Darcy's for the first time for service of my mercedes. It required some additional work and had to stay at Garage for 2 days. I was very impressed with overall experience. Both Ben and Brian were excellent and kept me informed throughout and always openly discussed the options with me. The advice was honest and the staff there very cooperative and good. I will be definitely going again.

Exceptional Service, Banter and Free Coffee!!

I have to say the service is honest, reliable, quick and cheaper than most bigger garages. The staff are friendly and informative. They have serviced our two cars for the last 12 months and kept our bank balances sane! I work at Durham University, but live in Darlington, so we need relibable professionals.
Thank you guys!
