I took my son’s iPad to be repaired as the charging port had broken and the home button needed fixing. When it has been repaired before, it has taken between an hour and 3 days to sort it out. I was told a week, maybe two. So, faced with no alternative, I left the iPad to be repaired. After a week, I chased it up having heard nothing, and was told, it would probably be next week. Here we are at the beginning of week five and, after texting to say I wanted it back, regardless of whether it had been fixed or not, miraculously it is ready to collect. Upon collecting the iPad, I was asked for my name, which was ridiculous as they hadn’t taken it when I had dropped the ipad off, was given the usual “waiting for a part” line and was shrugged off like this is standard service. Underwhelmed, under impressed, would not recommend and certainly won’t be going back.

Finding a trust worthy phone shop is always a blessing and I was lucky enough to try Dan a few years back and haven’t been anywhere else ever since. After being told I would have to buy a new phone Dan was able to repair my iPhone in 30 minutes for a really reasonable price. Will definitely use again.
