Had a small problem with my pond. 1 phone call got me a private visit and problem solved. Owner went out of his way to help despite being in the process of moving premises.
Will definitely use again.

Great customer service, received my items as described and on time after a lengthy phone call for advice and support.

I give this company one star, simply because they returned ONE call after trying to get in touch at various times during a three week period I must have phoned 20 times. I returned a faulty air pump which was still under warranty and a month down the line I'm still waiting for information. I supplied an e mail address, and two phone numbers yet they were all ignored, and I still don't know where my air pump is. This outfit are totally un professional, do not do business with them.

Never answer the phone,never reply to emails,only accept money dont want to follow up
