Daniel Cheng Guitar has been established for a decade helping guitar learners either take their first or the next step in guitar education. All lessons tailored to individuals.

High quality guitar lessons from experienced professional guitar tutor Daniel. Based in Hounslow (TW3, near Chatsworth Primary School). Lessons can also be delivered online using Rock Out Loud Live (Google Chrome based streaming platform).

An Academy of Contemporary Music degree graduate (Bmus Hons), Daniel has 15 years experience in the teaching field and has proven to produce results with all types of learner.

Acoustic or electric Daniel can accommodate to your needs. Also an RGT@LCM/Rockschool tutor graded exams are available if required. DBS checked for reassurance for parents.

Charges are £162 monthly for 4 x 1 hour weekly lessons (non-negotiable). If online an initial test session to check connection quality and audio/visual are ok is undertaken.

Great Tutor

I have been Daniel’s student for just under a year and my progress so far has been incredible. The lessons are not only detailed but they are tailored to cover whichever aspect of playing I require. Together we have covered various parts of music theory as well as learning to play songs from different genres. I’m extremely happy with how far I’m come and I know Daniel will always help me progress. Highly recommended!

One year of having Daniel as a tutor and I couldn't recommend a more reliable and professional teacher who will help you progress as far as I have. He provides fun and interesting lessons which maintain a very high standard of skill. Prior to our lessons I had been making the common mistakes found in a new guitarist, which weren't spotted by previous tutors and Daniel has helped iron out these mistakes: from fretting techniques to a bad posture. He is truly beyond compare of any school guitar teachers and really is able to provide the best guitar experience. This year I passed my first RGT examination with a distinction, the highest possible, and I'm sure any other student of his is capable of this.

I've had lessons from Daniel Cheng for the past year and couldn't recommend him highly enough. He's extremely professional and engaging and there's a great balance of technical/fun stuff in the lessons. He's happy to focus on whatever your interests are and provides detailed notes/lessons every session. I went through a patch of 4-5 years of not playing guitar because I couldn't progress technically and wasn't enjoying it anymore. Dan's brought back my zest to play ! Highly recommended him !!!

I have been learning the the acoustic guitar with Daniel for about a year now and I can honestly say that it has and continues to be an awesome experience. Daniel is a great musician himself and shows great interest in the music that I like and aspire to play. He breaks things down and seems to understand my needs and works in accordance with them. I have improved immensely due to his tutelage and I highly recommend him as a tutor.

Highly recommended guitar tutor

I have had the pleasure of being a student of Daniel's for a few years now and my guitar skills have improved drastically. The lessons are fun, well structured and focus on building theoretical knowledge and performance skills equally at a comfortable pace.Daniel is a great guitarist/teacher with a wealth of knowledge and i would highly recommend getting lesson from him if you really want to improve your guitar skills.
