Not honest

I accepted the quote I was given by David and Lindsey to install laminate flooring in my house. The job was split in 3 parts. First they installed laminate in my loft, bathroom and hallway (first 2 parts of the job) and I paid them when they finished. The most difficult part, the stairs, was left last and they haven't appeared since. Also, the laminate in the hallway opened and I need to pay someone else to come and fix it.

Sorry you feel this way . As for being (not honest) I am not sure what you mean. I never said I was not coming to do your stairs I told you I had a problem with my phone not receiving calls our texts due to it being broken . You where not the only one I could not get intouch with but once my phone was fixed and I managed to get intouch with people they understood. Can't please everyone I suppose

Great communication to arrange the job. Arrived when they said they would. Really helpful and very professional fitters. Very fair price and despite doing a little more than originally agreed the price did not change. Will definitely use again if we need more floor fitted - we’re really happy with the floor!
