Carl was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely prompt with his quote and gave very realistic time scales for the work. He kept me up to date daily with arrival times and went into detail on what work would be carried out each day. Carl and all of his team were very friendly, polite and ensured they kept mess to a minimum. Highly recommend his services and would definitely use again.

Carl assessed the problem and advised what was needed, and we didn’t feel pressured at all, we agreed on a start date which suited us and he turned up on time. I was impressed with how he prepared firstly be bringing dust sheets to cover everything up,

We were very impressed with Dampguard and the work they did for us. Carl is a great guy, and we really appreciated the time he took to fully explain all of the work we wanted done, and how much it would cost.

He even broke it down into manageable sections of work, so we could avoid turning our house into a building site! We ended up doing all of the work, but in a time frame which didn't feel rushed and allowed us and the kids to keep using the house - as a house!

Perhaps the most important part of the process was the fact that myself or my wife didn't feel pressured or forced to make any decisions, in fact we felt like we could always ask questions and change things if possible.

All in all, we couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly service and we are very happy with our house now - it feels like a new house!
