Not only is Noel professional and knowledgeable he is a total gentleman. He came to assess my daughters house today almost within an hour of contacting him ., diagnosed the damp issue immediately, and then gave us strageities and a plan to work towards and hopefully soon have the job done. Both he and his colleague inspire confidence , they put the customer first and I would have no hesitation in recommending Noel.

I was recommended Noel after receiving a home buyers survey showing high levels of damp. The damp meant that the purchasers pulled out and I had a tight deadline to resell my house or I would lose my ongoing purchase. Noel fitted me in the same day to have a look. He discovered that the main issue was due to leaks in my kitchen and chimney. The work was completed in my house within 2 weeks and to a high standard which meant I resold quickly and didn’t lose my purchase. Also, the first time I’ve had workmen in my house that clean up as they go! Noel knows his stuff inside and out, he will not give up until he gets to the bottom of the problem.

Noel is an absolute legend!! I couldn’t recommend him enough, he solved my problem quickly whilst extremely busy as well as offering me advice along the way, he definitely excels in customer service! I wouldn’t of had the same turnaround elsewhere and would of lost out on my move!

Noel arrived at the agreed time and put my mind at rest regarding an issue that I thought I had. He was there for over 20 minutes and didn't charge any fee. Knows what he's talking about.

Noel came and did thorough assessment of what was going on in the house. Made a lot more sense than what previous damp proofer had suggested and saved us a lot of money. Ended up being round for nearly an hour, but didn’t even charge us for his time! Highly recommend.
