Left a message on their website message service. They phoned me and I sent them a picture of the roof damage by WhatsApp. Gave me a quote (accepted) and they sourced the tiles and turned up (at Edinburgh address) the next day. They cut the tiles to fit and secured in place.
I asked them to speak to a neighbour and they did - and completed work for them too. Good guys.
